Leadership: the big topic today in churches and the business world. Today we seem to be overloaded with information about leadership and the few quick steps it takes to be one. In our world it is so easy to find people who want to lead and hard to find one who will follow.
Yet a true leader is one who follows. We believe to lead is to follow, follow Christ. True leadership is servanthood. Do you want to learn how Jesus impacted his world as a servant? Are you interested in looking deep into the Bible and discovering what true leadership involves? Are you wanting to get deeper in your walk with Jesus? Are you looking for a way to learn how to develop your passion for Christ? Then these programs are for you.
For students who want to follow Him in a deeper way, Arrowhead has designed a few discipleship programs to help students get deeper with God. Our main focus in each program will be looking at the Biblical principles of the calling of a servant as we seek to understand Christ’s example of servanthood and how to follow Him in a deeper way. During discipleship each student will receive instruction and training while having practical opportunities to live out the discipleship lifestyle. The essential focus of each program recognizes that in order to be an effective leader we need to have a growing and dynamic relationship with God and understand who He is. This is done primarily through exploring His Word.
